Structural Design Partnership carry out inspections of Domestic properties and provide a detailed structural engineers' report outlining the extent and severity of any structural defects that are visually evident.

We prepare engineers' reports on behalf of property owners, vendors, prospective purchasers, Developers and various property professional bodies such as Valuation Surveyors, Estate Agents and Solicitors. We have a database of over 10,000 structurally damaged properties located predominantly in the Midlands area.

We will advise upon any supplementary remedial or stabilisation works to repair structurally damaged properties and also provide calculations and details for building extensions and/or modifications to domestic properties.

We have particular experience in providing structural reports in support of obtaining planning approval for conversion/renovation projects of agricultural and historical buildings in addition to subsequently providing a full design and working drawings package.
